How we protect your business data
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS whenever it travels between your browser and our servers, and encrypted at rest wherever it's stored. This helps ensure that your invoices, customer records, and financial data stay protected both on the wire and in our databases.
Accrufy is built as a multi-tenant application from the ground up. Each organization's data is logically isolated and scoped so it is only ever accessible to that organization's own authorized users — every request is checked against your organization before any data is read or written.
Accrufy is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure with regular automated backups, so your data is protected against hardware failure and other unexpected incidents. Our infrastructure is monitored to help keep the Service reliable and available.
Every user signs in with their own authenticated account, and organization owners can assign role-based permissions to control exactly what each team member can view, create, or edit. This lets you give employees and collaborators only the access they actually need.
